What to look for when choosing a contractor:

1. Make sure they are a legitimate company - research their background.
2. Make sure they are insured and can show proof of this!
3. Make sure plumbers and electricians can show proof of license or certification
4. The cheapest price is NOT always the best! In most cases, you get what you pay for.
5. Make sure everything is done in a written and binding contract with your contractor.
